AM 1370 WFEA values you as a listener to our radio station. Therefore, we will not violate your trust when providing us your personal information on WFEA1370.com, through our email, text messaging or on-air contests. Please read the following statement and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
WFEA collects personal identification information during contests or sweepstakes, as well as interactive areas requiring registration. Information is collected in certain portions of sites in which guests provide content submissions and suggestions or participate in interactive online activities (e.g. voting, surveys and contest registration). Information is also collected when listeners enter texting contests, or enter information from our email newsletters. WFEA may use such information to fulfill prizes and purchases, track compliance with our rules and terms and conditions, or for editorial and feedback purposes (to the extent that is explained when guests provide the information). In the event WFEA plans to post any such information on a site, guests are provided prior notification of such posting and given the option of preventing such posting.
Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, WFEA will NOT provide any personal identification information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. WFEA does not post listeners'/winners’ e-mail addresses or phone numbers on the WFEA web site. It is our goal to make your visits to our site easy, private and enjoyable.
WFEA encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on WFEA.com. No information should be submitted to or posted at WFEA’s web site by guests under 13 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian.
For visitors who are 13 years of age or over, information submitted at the time of registration or submission (whether via internet, texting, email or via written entry) may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by WFEA. If a listener objects to such use for any reason, he/she may stop that use -- either by e-mail request or by modifying his/her registration information online. When you register with WFEA, every effort will be made to maintain your information in a secure environment by WFEA.
If you wish to modify your registration information or stop receiving e-mail updates from WFEA just send an email stating "please modify my registration" or "please unsubscribe me" to WZIDpromotions@wzid.com. Listeners can opt out of text messaging by sending a message to 77000 containing the word “stop;” alternatively, listeners can visit WFEA.com and opt out of text messaging. If a listener opts out and subsequently enters another contest, the listener will have to opt out again. By entering a contest, the listener agrees to be added to WFEA’s data bases.
